The set of folders cannot be opened" issue: Method 1: Try opening Outlook in safe mode and check. Follow the steps: 1. If we are able to open Outlook in safe mode without any error, refer the following steps on how to disable the add-ins from Outlook 1. Once the keys you have deleted the add-ins keys, Open Outlook and check if it works fine.

Search the community and support articles Outlook Outlook. It has been working fine since I bought it about 3 months ago but after a Windows upgrade 2 days ago I can't launch Office Outlook anymore. Word, Excel, Powerpoint and One Note all work fine.

Any help would be appreciated.
